The part seems to be working well according to the technician. Like the brass coupling better than the plastic.
*Side note is that he does have trouble with the straps that seems to break easily.

I actually broke this plastic fitting and I contact the company and they had me another one in the mail very quickly and I received it in a few days and installed it. Excellent customer service!!!
